FAQ'S
How can I get UAE residency fast?
The quickest route is a free zone company formation paired with an investor visa — that’s exactly what this package does. Most of the paperwork (company license, immigration card, visa filing) is completed remotely in 3 working days, and you only need to be physically in the UAE for 2 working days to finish your medical test, Emirates ID biometrics, and residency approval. Total time: 5 working days.
How much does UAE residency cost?
This package is USD 4,550, all-inclusive — covering your free zone trade license, company incorporation, 2-year investor visa, Emirates ID, medical test, and bank introduction letter. There are no hidden fees for the core process; the only optional cost is AED 100 per additional shareholder beyond the first.
Do I need to move to the UAE to get residency?
No. You do not need to relocate. The majority of the process — company formation, licensing, visa application — is handled remotely. You’re only required to be in the UAE in person for 2 working days to complete the mandatory medical test and Emirates ID biometrics, both required by UAE authorities.
Can I get a UAE visa without a job offer?
Yes. This is an investor/business visa, tied to owning a company in the UAE rather than to employment. Setting up a free zone company automatically qualifies you for a residency visa as its shareholder or investor.
Can I bring my spouse and children on a UAE investor visa?
Yes. Spouses and children can be sponsored as dependents under the same investor visa application.
How long is a UAE investor visa valid for?
This package includes a 2-year UAE residence visa, renewable at no extra cost every 2 years as part of the package.
What documents do I need to apply for UAE residency?
At minimum, you’ll need a valid passport, a passport-sized photo, and basic personal/business details for the company license application. A&A Associate manages the full document process, application, and government submissions on your behalf — remotely, wherever you’re applying from.
Can I own 100% of my company in the UAE as a foreigner?
Yes. Free zone companies allow 100% foreign ownership, with no requirement for a local UAE sponsor or partner.
What happens if I fail the UAE medical test?
The mandatory medical test screens for a small number of specific communicable diseases as required by UAE health authorities. The vast majority of applicants pass without issue; if a concern arises, your consultant will walk you through the next steps directly — this isn’t something the package can guarantee either way, but it’s rarely a barrier in practice.
